Bob was vice president of a small disadvantaged business and grew it from a $20 million entity to a company earning more than $100 million annually. Jeffrey N. Elliott - Senior Vice President, Engineering & Digital Technologies
Jeff has been involved in leading complicated and compelling media projects for more than three decades. As founder of Max-Q Digital, a multimillion-dollar corporate venture, he oversaw the television industry’s transition to HDTV transmission as his company designed and installed 50 HDTV broadcast systems. He also oversaw the initial production of a major HDTV production involving interests in the United States and Russia. Earlier, Jeff served as executive director of the NASA Select TV network, managing news conferences, documentaries and White House events.

With more than 35 years of experience, 20 as a senior executive Bob has been responsible for many government and commercial contracts involving scientific research support, systems engineering, automated data processing plus information systems and services for private sector operations as well as NASA, the Department of Justice, the Army, the Navy and the Environmental Protection Agency.
